Output torque

1.1  Rated torque Mn2[Nm]

The value measured when the torque acts on a continuously and smoothly running reducer and the working coefficient fs=1.

1.2  Required torque T2r[Nm]

Based on actual needs, the value is equal to or less than the rated torque Mn2 of the reducer.

1.3  Calculate torque T2c[Nm]

Useful when choosing a reducer. It needs to consider the actual torque Mr2 and the working coefficient fs, which is calculated by the following relationship:

  • 2.1 Rated input power Pn1[kW]

    The power (kW) value of the reducer during safe operation is listed in the parameter table. It is obtained when the speed is equal to n1 and the working coefficient fs=1.

  • 2.2 Rated input power Pn2[kW]

    The output power value of the reducer can be calculated with the following formula:

  • 3.1 Rated torque Mn2[Nm]

    The working coefficient (fs) of the reducer mainly depends on the operating conditions of the reducer. In order to select the most suitable working environment coefficient for the correct combination, the following factors must be considered :

    2. Working time: hour/day (△)

    3. Boot frequency: times/hour(*)

    Load type: A-balanced load, fa≤0.3

         B-medium impact, fa≤3

         C-severe impact, fa≤10
